HelloBoutiq Floral Preservation Process

Deposit & Shipping: Once your deposit is received, we will provide you with the shipping or drop-off details. You’re now set to have your bouquet preserved with us!

Order Confirmation: When we receive your bouquet, we’ll send you an email to finalize your specific order details.

Payment Process: After finalizing your order, an invoice will be sent. 50% of the balance is due upon receipt, and the remaining 50% is due once your project begins.

Design Confirmation: A few months before your project starts, we will send you layout options for confirmation. This is a significant step in the preservation process, ensuring your vision is met.

Vinyl Personalization & Shipping: After confirming your layout, we’ll send an email with details for vinyl personalization and final shipping.

Final Payment & Shipping: Once your piece is complete, the remaining balance must be paid in full before shipping. Tracking information will be provided.

Please Note: Each flower type preserves differently. Darker hues, like reds, pinks, and purples, may appear slightly darker in the final piece. We will do our best to enhance colors and set realistic expectations for preservation.
